The three Dosha’s Vata, Pitta and Kapha in Sanskrit mean "that which can cause problems." They regulate the physical and mental functions of living beings and give it its individual constitution.

Ayurveda teaches that in every human being, even in the weather, in the days and seasons, as well as any foods the three Dosha’s are included as aspects of the respective constitution. They are a fundamental control and regulation system. The proportions of Vata, Pitta and Kapha determine the strengths, weaknesses, susceptibility to disease and reactions options of each body. Everyone comes in the world with a special and unique 27 relationship between the three Dosha’s. Some are, for example, rather artistic types, erratic and fanciful Vata. Others are family people, love traditions and family celebrations Kapha. Some have the talent to run a business and have certainly has a lot of leadership skills Pitta. It is perfectly natural if the three life energies are not equal pronounced. However, most people have developed an imbalance in the course of their lives, which will bring them from their healthy, harmonious middle. The balance can also be recovered by a type-specific diet and healthy lifestyle.
